Weekly Photo Challenge: Nostalgia

This month I started to participate in two Instagram photo challenges, let’s see how long this lasts. So far I have been doing pretty well, hopefully I can last the whole month! For this weeks challenge, I decided to go in a direction that’ll help with the IG challenge of the day and the nostalgia WPC.

Every time I think about the book Twilight by Stephanie Meyer, I think back to my high school years. I remember reading Twilight before the movie came out to make it famous with all of the masses. My friends and I would attend midnight book releases, and midnight movie releases (when they still released movies at midnight instead of 7pm). Those were some of the best times in high school!

Weekly Photo Challenge: Quest

This past week, I flew to Denver, Colorado for the very first time! This was a weekend of firsts for me, and I loved every minute of it!

So for this weeks challenge, I decided to use a picture from the very beginning of my quest to Colorado. I just love how fluffy the clouds looked outside my window!

It’s a rare moment to find my dog playing with an actual toy. She normally just takes it from the other dog and just holds on to it, instead of actually playing with it. I’m glad she found a toy she actually likes to play with, too bad it also became my other dogs new favorite toy!

A little over a month ago now, I went on a school trip to Belize. We snorkeled and dove around some awesome spots and it was so much much fun! I can’t wait to go back and experience this all over again!
