This weekly hop is hosted by Ramblings of a Coffee Addicted Writer, featuring a question about books each week. The purpose is to bring bookish bloggers together, basically. To participate, write a post about the question for that week and add your link.
This weeks question: When reading a book, do you use a bookmark to mark your place in the book, or do you just fold over the top corner of the page? (submitted by Maria @ A Night’s Dream of Books)
I definitely use a bookmark to mark my place in a book. I never fold over the top corner of the page! Poor book! As much as I love to collect magnetic bookmarks, I am too lazy to actually use them. So I just use them as pretty decoration on my bookshelves. Typically, I’ll just use whatever I can insert at the time into my book if I don’t have an actual bookmark handy (receipts, scraps of paper, etc.)
Do you have a favorite bookmark? Where do you like to purchase yours? I normally get my magnetic ones from NerdyGrlDesigns on Etsy, because she is amazing!
Definitely bookmark. When I get a stack from an author to give out, I keep a couple for myself, so I get a few that way and then I buy a stack at a time as well. I like printed bookmarks that are short enough to stay hidden inside the book…out of sight. I put a bookmark in each book and they stay there after I finish reading and the book has been shelved.

That’s a good system! You’ll always have a bookmark for when you go to reread the book!
